Withdraw XEM from Cryptopia - TXID not found but at Cryptopia complete [MOVED]

Hy,
yesterday i withdraw 193 XEM to my adress NBBDAX-UHBCBR-5FZPOM-GQ7TAW-VZC3VQ-NWYOYM-W2TM.
Cryptopia says it´s completed but i didn´t receive XEM and i can´t find the TXID on the blockchain.
The TXID is bd6b4cd4e8d40e7decd0eea1e5740395218564893ae701f8b634e27afc13bc35.
