Withdrew from bittrex to nanowallets remote account

bittrex accepted and sent the NEMs but I dont know where they went?

Hi,

Please look into your Bittrex history for the destination account they have sent to and make sure you are logged in with the right account in your Nano Wallet.

Im planning to do harvesting and sent those coins to that remote account. dont even know what that remote account means. do they somehow come there when I can activate that account or something?

hmm…i guess bittrex shows the transaction hash in its user interface. Can you check and paste the hash here?

so you sent the xems to naepnh-6f34ij-lnkpem-6233db-saydhy-6fhnel-pqd2:

http://chain.nem.ninja/#/account/NAEPNH6F34IJLNKPEM6233DBSAYDHY6FHNELPQD2/0

where did you get that address from? It is hopefully the account in your wallet?

Edit: what wallet are you using? NCC or Nano?

nanowallet

when you open manage delegated account from delegated harvesting there is that remote account NAEPNH6F34IJLNKPEM6233DBSAYDHY6FHNELPQD2

You DO NOT want to send your XEM to that account. Your account is the one that is listed under the “accounts” page.

I believe you can recover your xem by getting the delegated private key, and importing that private key into nano wallet as a new account at the signup screen.

Go to services > Manage delegated account.

Under “Delegated account Key” you can see a password input.

Type your pass and hit the + to reveal the delegated private key.

Take the private key and use it to create a private key wallet.

thanks

how do I create a private key wallet then?

At the signup screen, choose the tab “private key wallet”.

ok got it now thanks for everyone.
