Wrong transaction id

hello admin,
I have issue on my transaction, My transaction is declared successful and listed transaction id, but for 3 days my xem coin still have not signed into my account. After I check again, it turns out the id transaction that I get is not contents or damaged.
can you help me?

The hash is unknown to the network. What is the address of your account?

I send the xem coin from poloniex account .
I’ve been trying to send support to the poloniex team, but there’s no reply until day.
please, I hope you can helping me.

Well the above tx hash is not in the chain which means there is no transaction from Poloniex to your account.
Since this is a poloniex problem, i cannot help you with it. You have to wait for their answer.

Hey mate i think i done the same thing IM the bloody rookie!
I sent some xem from my nano light wallet to a poloniex acc but didnt include the poloniex unique NEM msg, have ai lost my xem
Nothing come up on tx id in poloniex

This is the reason Poloniex was unable to associate your account with the transaction.
But hopefully they can solve the problem if you contact them.
