Wrong wallet-adress Litebit

Hello, Litebit cannot send XEM to my NEM-wallet in fact of wrong adress.
In the IOS-app my adress is NCOBS6-6EMDZT-W6I4QE-Q6OHRB-EC4CCC-26VO4E-TEBP
Cannot find it in Blockchain explorer…
Copy-paste and check it for sure… what is wrong??

You can’t find it in explorer because you never do any transaction.
Litebit shouldn’t have problem with send on this address. Could you attach print-screen?

BTW. First thing before you send coins on new wallet should be do backup of your private key.

I send a printscreen of my app-account to Litebit, for now no solution… (and answer)
Also send the public key
What can I do more?

So litebit tells you that address is wrong or shows other error?
Money are taken from your balance or not?

Yes the transaction is end on "wrong wallet"
Money is taken bij Litebit (paid by ideal)
In communication with support team, but they are very busy…
But you are sure NEM-wallet is correct? Only cannot find couse there are no transactions?
Cannot have any transactions, cause it’s new and cannot get XEM on it… :frowning:
So i have a problem?

So if transaction is done litebit should provide transaction id/hash available on withdraw view.
If they provide transaction hash I can verify where and if the transaction was really sent.
Transaction hash looks like this: 1d680f4d395b228cb8d2f0ee46c8cd2feea5f4c3a5919060ce5f16b93365ef4f (should be visible somewhere on litebit)

No ends at step 4 of 5 in fact of “wrong wallet” :frowning:

So no complete transaction and no XEM on NEM-wallet and still te same problem…

Ok. So you must wait for Litebit explanation because your wallet address looks OK.

Oke, no other option to activate my wallet so it will be vissible on Blockchain explorer?

If you want see public key in blockexplorer you must send transaction.
But it should be no problem for litebit to send you transaction.

Just to prove it, I just sent you 0.05XEM. Please send me back 0XEM transaction (0.05XEM fee):wink:
If I don’t have any problem with sending your found so Litebit should send without problems.

All is ok. Public key visible in both explorers:

But in my opinion that was problem with processing on Litebit site. If I was able to send you transaction Litebit should be also. Probably they have some technical issues.
