Litebit.eu has no XEM wallet support yet. Or you tried to sell it there?

Hi
Thank you for the fast response

yes i tried to sent it back for selling.

Q

Alright, i never sold something there, but if im not wrong the adress you wrote is the example one from the “Return Adress” field. This adress should be yours, in case something went wrong they send your xem back to the adress you type in there.

i already contackt litebit . for me its important that the XEM are not gone.
but they are not working like you at this time.
so i will contact them tomorrow.

thank you for this moment. if i have questions
i will ask

Q

Hello @Quirijn
This address: ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR
is bittrex address… Are you sure you don’t do mistake?

i will take e look

Its the example adress at litebit, just checked it again. But atm he cant sell there cause they have an HTML mistake at their sell form. everything links to the help center.

thank you for helping.

and not to my adres

Q

You must put by mistake bittrex address for withdraw in litebit…
What is your public address where you want withdraw?
@Flake ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR is bittrex address…

ok,
this is the adres where i want to but it back on.
this adres is my nano wallet:

NCQFJF-LFADUQ-I5NNHF-UDFCCG-Q6MSUK-ET2TZB-SSMG

Q

@Flake ok. Now I know when you have in mind when you write example address (checked this exchange).

@Quirijn
It’s strange because I search blockchain history and can’t find this transaction where sender is: NAXLH4FYHU6TNY5QOSJ5F3V5KGW3Q3IY5RPNEFV3. I check it and I can find transaction in this day for amount you have in print-screen.
You can check by yourself:
http://explorer.ournem.com/#/s_account?account=NAXLH4FYHU6TNY5QOSJ5F3V5KGW3Q3IY5RPNEFV3

What you should do is ask Litebit for transaction hash in NEM network for this transaction because without this we can’t do nothing. Example transaction hash looks like this 5f9ce7d786ac37f79c6c2ab29ed08968ceebbe55c4c460652d0a2459a8109e0f

Transaction:

Looks like transaction goes to Bittrex account ND2JRPQIWXHKAA26INVGA7SREEUMX5QAI6VU7HNR.
If you are sure that you don’t put this address you must ask Litebit why transaction was sent there.
If this is your mistake you must contact with owner of this address (Bittrex) and ask for refund.

thank you
and a good 2018
