XEM deposit issue on Poloniex

My XEM coins has been send to poloniex deposit adress almost two weeks ago. I am not able to see XEM on my poloniex deposit adress. I think that I know the root of the problem. I send XEM with appropriate message, however required message has been encrypted. I described the whole issue and sent it to poloniex. So far there is no any response from Poloniex. Is there a way that I could decrypt messeage so that Poloniex backend could see my message?

Is there anyone who have contact with Poloniex?

How to get back my coins in my situation?

I got that after 2 days. After 2 weeks of waiting I am a little worried. How long I have to wait for answer in these crazy days on Poloniex?

People have reported that it now takes weeks to get Poloniex to solve these issues. I suggest that you keep inquiring with them.

Do you suggest that encrypted message given in transaction it’s know issue for Poloniex support?

Yes, it appears that the tech support team at Poloniex will not be able to read encrypted messages.

That is not good :confused: How can I resolve my issue. Is there any working solution to my issue. I didn’t know that this feature of NEM doesn’t work on Poloniex.

I have a similar problem… My transfer is not showing and the support ticket just seems to sit there being unanswered.
I was wondering if they had a minimum deposit amount before it would show on the exchange… I transferred £80 of Eth to Poloinex and it didn’t show until I made another transaction to take it over £100… So really to show on Poloinex there had to be £100 in my wallet.
My NEM transfer was also under £100.

Your transfer is not showing because of the encrypted message or because of another not know to you reason? Could you please to clarify? I am courius if there other poloniex user with the same issue like mine.

BTW. I transfered more then £100.

It’s most likely because of the message being encrypted.
