XEM disappeared while withdrawing from Poloniex

So I decided to jump on the XEM train. After purchasing, I made a small test transfer to my NEM wallet, I confirmed the withdrawal, and my NEM appeared. I proceeded to transfer the remaining NEM to my wallet, I confirmed the withdrawal but it never arrived. This was 4 days ago and poloniex says it has “completed”. I am very curious as to how this is possible. I have the Txid and would appreciate any help.

Yes, it appears to show the correct address but that still never arrived. Is this an error on my part?

Txid: d225ece85ff907c3cb76bec8087bf8f8404b6d40bac4307f3b3c32c611062bc8

So if it went to the same address as my initial transfer, which went through successfully, why are the funds not showing up?

I would import your private key into nano wallet and check your account balance from there.
