I understand that transaction can not be cancelled.
But is there any workaround to track info about intruder? Because it was made by someone on the inside. (IP, etc.)

First thing is always to tell us the tx hash. Without that we cannot do anything.
The ip is not logged in the transaction data.
Looks like he cashed out using Changelly.
Now the question is how anonymous Changelly is.
Can somebody that has experience with Changelly answer that? Up to which amount can you use Changelly without identifying yourself?
I have no experience to work with them.
But at the first look they need only email.
But there is a posibility to change xem to other coins except cashing out.
Did you share the private key or a password with someone?
did you were using Multisignature? all my funds are secured with multisignature. if you share private key with someone you are giving total access to your funds.
