Help I have the same problem.
I sent LTC to NEM through Changelly exchange everything went through , the problem is the wallet address I sent it to was the address that is next to my account total in my iOS app, but apparently I should have sent it to my QR address that is the tab at the bottom. Why are there two addresses? Did I send it to a public address? Can I retrieve that nem from that Banner address and have it sent to my QR address?NBLQ6PE7Z5CVANJNXGOR74UQLOJ2YMGJJOZ4YFAQ. As I can see you have sent tokens to Poloniex. Transaction looks ok in NEM network. You should ask Poloniex support why tokens are not credited and visible in Poloniex account.

This is this transaction? If not please provide transaction hash for missing transaction. It should be visible in Changelly history.
Thank you so much for responding. Yes that is my one transaction, the second transaction I tried to do was where I messed up . So I was sending LTC from my Coinbase wallet to my Nem wallet via Changelly. I unfortunately put the NEM address from my first transaction address not my NEM wallet address. But I will try to contact them and see if they understand that I was not donating back to them but did there address inside of my wallet address.
