I installed the ios NEM wallet. Created an account and wallet, then put address of the wallet in Poloniex and transferred XEM. Poloniex says completed but nothing has appeared in my wallet? Help please.
Look for the transaction hash of the Poloniex withdrawal and use it to search the transaction on one of the block explorers.
