XEM purchase missing

Hello, I used the purchase XEM function inside the Nano wallet but this has not arrived in my wallet. It has been over 1 1/2 hours and it has 6 confirmations on the slow as hell BTC blockchain. For comparison sake, right after that transaction I sent another directly transaction directly through Changelly to buy/deposit Stratis in their wallet. That transaction finished first and well ahead of your transaction which is still unknown.

I see in other posts you like to blame Changelly, or the ever popular blame the customer method. I hardly see how it is their (and my) problem when I used the transaction request directly in your wallet. YOU need to straighten these out with Changelly, not us. How am I supposed to contact Changelly and tell them anything about a transaction that YOU sent to them. I had no contact with them at all in this transaction, YOU did. I have no details of the transaction.

Please find and deposit my XEM in my wallet.
Thanks, Kevin

Hello?
Here is the link to the transaction

and the transaction

It was hard to find any way to even contact Changelly but I finally found their email. Just like you they are ignoring me so far.

Thank the blockchain spirits, Changelly solved the problem.

Hey KevNEM, members of NEM foundation are helpless while you are making transactions through exchanges, they only can escalate the problem if it is a big problem. Few hours of delay is no delay in terms of trading with exchanges. I am glad that they solve it fast. Transaction in NEM system takes few seconds

A few hours of delay? It was overnight. And as I explained Changelly did a parallel transaction for me much quicker and without problem. The NEM transaction problem occurred IN THE NEM WALLET or at least the transaction was begun there. It is beyond me that the NEM support here simply ignored my post and ignore the point that THEY are the ones with the arrangement with Changelly and their own wallet. If the wallet has the function embedded then NEM has a role in supporting any problems associated with it.

NEM or any other organization should try to help and keep their customers/investors instead of pointing blame at them and everyone else. Perhaps it is not NEM’s problem but it would sure help their users if they had some understanding and try to help and explain.

This is new technology and not all of us are programmers. If the makers of NEM or any other coin want to spread the usage of their platform to achieve mass adoption it seems to me they need to get used to the idea that most of the users will not be as technically savvy and worry about losing hard earned money.

As I said, I’m not a programmer but I’m not technically illiterate. I am able to understand, learn, and make my way around in these things. But, mass adoption means bringing on more and more people who are less and less technically able. NEM and others need to get used to that idea and be prepared to support it, or fade away.
