How do I recover my XEM stakes if I lost my password. I have my private key and wrt file, is it possible to recover my stakes?
Yes, all you need is your private key to recover your account.
In Nanowallet, sign up for a new wallet, and select the “Private Key Wallet” tab.
Okay, I have signed up for a new wallet using the “Private Key Wallet” tab and created a new wallet. However my stakes aren’t in this new account?
Are you sure you are connected to a working node? If your node icon is red, click it, and select a new node from the dropdown.
Otherwise you may not have the correct private key, or you entered it wrong.
I wasn’t connected to a working node. The problem is now resolved. Thank you for assisting me Saul
