XEM sent but not arrived

Hi. Sent some xem from atomic wallet (android) to binance exchange. Now 26 hours passed, still not arrived. Is this normal? Silly question sorry, i know its not normal, 3 years in crypto and nem is only blockchain that gives me problems. Any help gratefully received.

Binance deposit page contains information about message that need to be included. Your message is Wevsyxem2bin which is incorrect.

What you can do now is contact with Binance support, provide transaction hash and ask for credit transaction manually.

Hi there,

my problem might be similary - i sent XEM from Coinmerce to Bitpanda. The relevant transaction could be found in the blockchain. It is still circulating there for more than 16 hours and it was still not valued on Bitpanda, yet. I put in the message processing the transaction form. But it is not shown within the transaction on blockchain:
