XEM sent - but not received

Hello,
Already on 30April I had sent NEM to a friends wallet, but they never arrived on there.
Adress stated at my friends wallet was: NCJCE2-QT3EJR-L4VEAB-RKJHIR-GGZMFA-EUB3G3-VWIB.
What can we do about?

The block chain proves what is being sent accurately for that address.

Please have that address be confirmed again to be a friend’s address.
Also, the possibility that the friend’s wallet does not work well and only the fact that it has not been confirmed is the biggest.

But how could it be, that it doesnot appear on my friends wallet?
I were sitting together and I scanned the adress with my mobile phone to send the XEM.

Please tell us to select a server different from the current server setting. It is highly probable that it will be reflected.

Make sure they are connected to a node. The node icon should be green, not red.
