Xem transaction is still in sending status on yobit [MOVED]

Hi all! In my account on yobit I have my XEM is still waiting to come to my wallet. Is there anyone who can help me? I have created a ticket on yobit and had email from them:

All XEM deposits received and withdrawals are sent.
If you still have problems please create a new ticket.

How I can get my XEM on my wallet?
