Hello, I transferred XEM from Binance to my wallet, but did not used Payment ID message. The coins are not in my wallet. Is the reason why I didn’t receive the coins because I didn’t type in Payment ID?? How can I fix that??

What do you mean by “my wallet”? Is it desktop/mobile wallet or other exchange?
Have you transaction id/hash?
I’m using Freewallet on android. Here is Txid : b252d647be075cc3348a2f1891ee50605e057a3e507d50edb5da4e08c555a085.
So you should look carefuly on deposit instructions because Freewallet works as exchange. All users coins are stored on one address. That’s why you must include message code to credit your coins.
Your transaction don’t contain message that’s why is not credited:
What you can now do is contact with Freewallet support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.
I also recommend using official wallet where you owns your private key.
