XYM Balance Zero in Seed Account 1

I claim successful my XYM in March. I own the private key, the passphrase and two addresses. Even the password for the wallet.

But my balance is zero in your fancy XYM Symbol Wallet V 1.0.3?

Whats going wrong? How can I get my balance?

I asked for NEM addresses. Those are Symbol addresses.
For this one (Symbol Block Explorer) you have 1039.946469 XYM.

Symbol address (NCCQSPMFZMMRVYF6VLZIKRGIQIMZHKFSEWPEUDQ) received coins Symbol Block Explorer.

If you own address NCCQSPMFZMMRVYF6VLZIKRGIQIMZHKFSEWPEUDQ then you have access to coins.

How can I get access in the Symbol wallet app to my XYM? There is only one account „Seed Account 1“ in the wallet.

I own the Symbol Mnemonic (Seed Phrase) from my Symbol!
