XYM Withdrawal not received by Bitrue

Hi. My transfer from my XYM Symbol wallet has not been received by Bitrue. Is there anything NEM can do to check this?

The Transaction (hash) ID is: 509D26FC73D95A6BE0DC65FE98B248FC1A6595975067EF12E217A2185985F8A9

Looks fine. I think only Bitrue support can help here. Looks like a problem on their side.

OK thanks, I thought so too. I have submitted a ticket to Bitrue already - they said it could take 10 days.
