I’m trying to transfer my XEM from Zaif exchange
to my wallet for vesting, but
Zaif is saying:
出金手数料は最低15XEMで自動計算されます。現在XEMのZaif内の他アカウントへの振替は出来ません。
Does anybody knows why, or have any experience/contact with them?

Nevermind Zaif if ok,
It’s just because fees needs to be subtracted from
account balance before inserting the value in the
transfer form.
Other exchanges do it automatically.
