Change to local harvesting delegate

i can´t start a local harvesting delegate

i put a IP in settings and now i can´t change to localhost

Please a bit more detailed. What happens if you try to change back to localhost?

not change, the IP stay there everytime. and
when i into the wallet and try change to local harvesting delegate appear a error 401 “NIS: remote NIS cannot service /ncc/api/wallet/account/unlock”

You cannot use local harvesting with a remote nis because that would send your private key to a remote nis. That would be a big risk and therefore we do not allow that. You have to turn on delegated harvesting and wait for 6 hours until it is active. Then you can harvest on a remote nis.

You click on Delegated Harvesting, a popup appears and you have to supply the password for your wallet and then click on Send:

Your pc doesn’t crash because of the nem software.
Probably the best to reatsrt your pc and then start NIS/NCC again.

I already did it start my pc and still does not work

I mean the color of the icon.

Colorless probably means grey. Hmm…can you supply the logs for nis and ncc. On a windows system the logs are in the folder
c:\users\ < your user >\nem\nis\logs
and
c:\users\ < your user >\nem\ncc\logs
respectively.

The logs don’t contain any information that can harm you ^^
