Cryptopia XEM Wallet status: maintenance

I was just wandering if you had any information on this? It seems it has been down for about a week? I went to the link provided; Wallet Update NEM Beta 0.6.91 but I don’t believe that will help me since I am dealing with an exchange? I created a NEM wallet and I was wanting to transfer them to the NEM wallet.
