Docker compose problem

Why I always get this:

Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/jonathonf/gcc-9.2/ubuntu/dists/bionic/InRelease 403 Forbidden [IP: 91.189.95.85 80]
E: The repository ‘http://ppa.launchpad.net/jonathonf/gcc-9.2/ubuntu bionic InRelease’ is no longer signed.

whenever I do this:

docker-compose up --build --detach

is the repo outdated? Please help.

Hi. What docker compose you starting exactly?
Why you don’t use Symbol bootstrap (if you trying run node)?
