Какой обмен вы используете? Они должны иметь валидацию для адреса. Убедитесь, что у вас нет идентификатора транзакции. Что такое статус отзыва?

Hi,

In a hurry I transferred around 800 XEM to ‘message’ instead of actual ‘address’ from Yobit. Obviously it’s an invalid address. Transaction history on Yobit shows ‘in process’. It’s been more than 24 hrs now. What should I do in this case?

You must contact with Yobit (only with official support, Facebook profile is scammer). They should also add validation for address.

recently I just get information that cryptopia.co.nz :
They lost the possibility to track the deposits because they had not updated the wallet at that time. New deposits are working with xem and wallet address is the same.

do you think this is resolvable?
what should I do?

I don’t know coinpayment interface but they should have support. Just find it link on exchange.

For me this is total bullshit. All informations about they wallet are available on explorer.ournem.com and blockchain for they address. They can easy track all missing deposits and missing withdraws.

Also upgrade from 0.6.93 to 0.6.95 is not mandatory. Both versions are compatible. Last maintenance problem was only they problem.

How about some good news between all the lost coins:
Had a transaction stuck at coinpayments.net because it was sent from a multisig wallet.
After complaining they responded within one day and found the transaction and have sent it back immediately to my requested address.

Hello dear,

I requested a withdrawal transaction for an amount of XEM to another account in 2018-01-03 16:44 (GMT-2) and it is still pending. I informed the destiny wallet and message as it was expected but not happens. The transaction was made in HITBTC but I believe that it is a problem with the NEM blockchain since I already made transaction with other cryptos.

Please could you help me with this issue?

@abel I’m afraid it’s problem with HitBTC. There was a lot problems with deposits/withdraws reported for this exchange.
NEM network works without issue. Please contact with HitBTC support.

I am in contact with them, but as I said I already performed transactions with other cryptos without problem in HITBTC. I’ll post here any update regarding this question.

@abel that’s nothing mean if for other crypto works. They have seperate wallets for each.

So what do you suggests?
The problem is with NEM wallet in hitbtc?
It could explain the transcation not beign listed in the nem chain.

Yes. For sure there is problem with HitBTC XEM wallet or mechanism processing transaction from it.

You don’t include message. There is information about this on bittrex deposit page:

Please contact with Bittrex support, provide correct message from your deposit page, transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your Bittrex account.
