Guys, who’s got the ХEM on Cryptopia?
Hi I have transferred from cryptopia to bittrex… all addresses are correct. Cryptopia says transaction complete however nothing in my bittrex now for almost 1 month… how do i get the funds showing? I read something about changing the node but I am unsure on how to do that… any help is appreciated.

@Gazmay You did not include message code required by Bittrex. It’s visible on Bittrex XEM deposit page.

What you need to do to fix this is contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign this transaction.
Not yet. I made the transfer on 29th Dec and still waiting…
Never before it has been so late.
When did you make the transaction?
You’re absolutely correct. I missed the fine print somehow and thought it said "encrypted."
In any case, I’ve submitted a ticket to Bittrex support and provided all the transaction info (including the decoded message).
I’ve not heard anything positive back yet that they will manually add to my account. So, I’m concerned.
Any suggestions?

You must contact with support of exchange where have you sent, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign this transaction to your account.

I see, if I create a support ticket at bittrex with the right message and
the transaction hash, will they be able to correct the issue?
