The other one is not encrypted and didn’t reach either.
each transaction needs their specific message to identify which account to credit the XEM too.
You need to do this unencrypted.
You will most likely have to contact their support and explain the issue …

0.6.95 is newest node version for XEM. They using uptodate software. They claims that response time is 12 days as far as I know.

Transactions:
So you don’t follow instruction on bittrex xem deposit page. First transaction has encrypted message and second don’t have message.

You should include unencrypted unique message code visible on your deposit page.
All you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

If they have technical problems (and they have) it’s very real that the will verify deposit / withdraw one by one.
This is the irresponsibility of Cryptopia and the administration of ХEM coins.
Only can say - solve the question with Cryptopia.
But what can I say. The world is round, the trouble will come to you - they will respond the same way.

I don’t see any irresponsibility when it comes to XEM. Could you please elaborate?
This is technical problems Cryptopia and all missing deposits and withdraws should be fixed by them. All coins from missing deposits and missing withdraws are on they wallet and only they have access.
Проблемы с зачислением начались еще 23.12.2017. За это время уже можно было написать Криптопии официальное письмо, в котором попросить исправить данное недоразумение и объяснить о проблеме в своих официальных источниках, дабы люди не нервничали.
Но Вы выбрали позицию молчания и перевести всю ответственность на Криптопию.
Вы разместили монету ХЕМ на Криптопии, тем самым показав ее компетентность как качественной биржи. А в итоге говорите что это ихние проблемы…
Ваши действия это авторитет Вашей монеты, а вы как маленькие дети отбиваетесь от проблем и перекладываете их на других.
