Your frustration is understand but you must be joking now, right?
First of all if you think that they didn’t notice hundreds of emails on they support? They probably all or half of them was on vacation at this time.
Secondary I have same contact as you with exchange. Do you think they will response to me but not to all users who have written to them via forum, support ticket, Twitter and other communication channels?
Third I also have written ticket to them but no response.
Fourth our member plan to meet with CEO of Cryptopia exchange to avoid these situation in future.
Fifth - Cryptopia is independent company and you trust them sending your coins. So you should explain with Cryptopia what happen. If you have problem with BTC you also blame Bitcoin team? If someone don’t want return your USD you are going blame currency emitter?
I’m regular investor like you who don’t get any regular payment for helping people (yes in my opinion I’m helping) and answering here what user should do to have biggest chances to return missing coins.
If you still think we/I done nothing - it’s your opinion.
