@BitNoia ok. So noone get answer that they don’t return these xem. This is good information IMO. Of course waiting is frustrating but I hope they fix each single case.

They lost the possibility to track the deposits because they had not updated the wallet at that time. New deposits are worling with xem and wallet address is the same.

If this is private message please answer that all deposits and withdraws can be track in blockchain. All is visible on they wallet history in blockexplorer. Ask when tokens will be returned.

At the moment Cryptopia did not give position, only was a member of Twitter that followed the message that notified.

But we are without answers …

In my “infinite wisdom” I got scammed by a yobit user who pretended to be an admin that offered to fix it for me for 0.01 btc.
Moral of the story: watch out this doesnt happen to you, on top of it.

I have no choice but to take my losses, but still hope for the XEM to return. Because fortunately I read here this forgetting message happens often and that often you get it back. That gives hope. Only I hope this also counts for yobit exchange too.

Write them a ticket that entered the wrong address and ask to cancel the transaction.

And they say this after 10 days of problems.
The administration of the exchange is irresponsible people.
The exchange does not cope with its obligations.

Indeed you don’t include message code. Please contact with Poloniex support, provide transaction hash, message code from your Poloniex deposit page and ask for refund or manually credit this transaction.

Have you transaction hash? Should be in spectrocoin.com withdraw history.
Spectrocoin.com has some issue with they withdraws because all withdraws directly sent from them to other exchange will be not processed automatically. I reported this to spectrocoin.com but no fix since 20.12.2017.
Only thing what you can do now is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

Is you don’t see transaction hash on Yobit it probably means that transaction was not done yet. Only Yobit support can help in this case.

Do you provide information about transaction hash to Yobit ticket? I’m not sure what they asking for…
Maybe they want proof that you are the owner of sender address and want to do second small transaction for example 1 xem with correct message code?
You get answer from Yobit support quick… Are you sure it’s official support because I know there is fake facebook profile and they are scammers.
