Unfortunately we don’t have other contact to Yobit than you. All you can do is try to contact with official yobit support.

Please contact with Cryptopia support. Transaction was not made. They have big issues with they wallet. Many people complains but they return these coins.

I have no answer from changelly but I connected to my account and I saw this. It looks like they are refunding me. But When I go to my nem wallet (NEM wallet + android) I have not been refunded.

Here are 2 screenshot. Tell me if I can post the addresses that I have hidden.

It is written that I will recover 629 NEM at the address LTA… but my NEM address is not that one ! Is it normal ?

@CryptoBeliever thanks again. i did try it both ways (ie, dashes and no dashes), but neither worked. i’m actually a little confused that no one else is having this issue. wondering if it has something to do with the node that my address is associated with?

It looks like some old XEM -> LTC conversion which also fails because there is no sent to wallet (sending to your wallet not completed).

Unfortunately, you are probably right and I am probably putting another ticket into the 2-week queue. Still haven’t heard back on my first ticket for a “status complete” withdrawal that never arrived in nano wallet. Growing pains.

I sent XEM to Bittrex and forgot to send the message , so my deposit has not shown up , ive filed a Support ticket 3 weeks ago , no response yet . At this point i just want to put them back into my wallet and HODL

December 22, I tried to convert 630 NEM to LTC. As I ticked the enc box, the transaction failed. See post 1320 from me.
I gave you all the information ; you told me to contact changelly and to give them the 2 links.

They said they will refund me one week ago.

here are their answers:

Your transaction is currently being sent to your wallet and you will receive your XEM in near time!

and then ans 2:

Sorry for making you wait! We are currently having some issues with XEM. Our engineers are dealing with the issue without a break, so that you will receive your money as soon as possible.

Their update in the transaction which can be ssen with my screenshot (see my post 2364) seems to be just a detail of the transaction that failed ?

So they didn t do anything for 3 week ?

Yes. This is your old transaction from 22.12 and yes it looks like they don’t do anything. They should send you litcoins or return xem. But why they don’t do this you must ask Changelly.

However, my XEM wallet in Cryptopia is still 0 after a few hours. Also, I can’t find that transaction on the site http://chain.nem.ninja/#/search/de0eff4995c2a3f2531e4936417b92b0ed1bf2638e747224a22b4ab8a6456ccf

Can you please tell me which one is the official and reliable site to check my transaction status?

I can see no problems from my side. I put the message to the transaction and the address is correct, but I can’t see my coins on my wallet. Please help me to get them back!

What you paste here is exchange address. Please give use transaction hash.

You use reliable site to check this. Problem is that Cryptopia is not reliable to send there XEM now. They have contact problems with they XEM wallet. What you can do now is contact with Cryptopia support, provide transaction hash and ask for explanation.

I have opened ticket after ticket to Yobit support. I am out 5000 coins and it’s currently valued at $7500 and going up. No replies. They are all open tickets. They simply do not reply. Any suggestions of what we can do ?
