Cryptopia had problems with XEM wallet last 2 weeks. You mus contact with they support and ask for explanation.

I did send a ticket to support (cryptopia) on the 4th of January, and still waiting for a response from them. Thank you for your help.

ON the page which provided incomplete data for the identifier, it is possible to find out all you need to print or view the EXPORT PAGE TO EXCEL

You have sent to Freewallet which works like exchange. They use only one address and you must include message code unique for user because in other case deposit will be not assigned.
What you must to return your funds is contact with Freewallet support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually assign this transaction.
Also please consider using official wallet from nem.io where you have access to your private keys (not like on exchanges or multiwallets like Frewallet)

Hi there,

I withdrew my XEM from Cryptopia 30 December 2017 and the transaction was marked as complete.

At thisday, The coins have still not come through to my wallet and the transaction ID doesnt even exist on the NEM blockchain ???

I opened a ticket with Cryptopia but they have still not responded… :frowning:

I see many other people complaining about XEM deposit and withdrawals on Cryptopia…

Does anyone know whats going on? Are our coins lost forever? Why are Cryptopia not saying anything?

Only way is contact with Cryptopia support. If they don’t answer maybe try wait couple days and create second ticket.

I’m not the only one in this situation, how do you explain this malfunction?

Obviously, when I entered this it contained my PIN and the “Net” field was populated with 25XEM. This is the screen that immediately followed my withdrawal attempt. I know the address is valid because i’ve used it from the exchange before and copy/pasted/checked it several times from block explorer. If you want, I can send you PM with my address.

If you withdraw to nanowallet message is not required (you can remove it). Of course if you withdraw to other exchange it’s required.

If removing message doesn’t help try remove dashes from address. Of course if you have dashes there because I don’t see this.

Also did you leave amount for fee? You must remember it’s only allowed to withdraw amount - 20xem (fee)

It’s because Cryptopia issues with wallet. Because node which they use was not synchronized all withdraw transactions was rejected by network. Please contact with they support.

Прошу прощения,отправила случайно скопированное сообщение. 4 января 2018 года вы писали, что если монеты застряли на общем счету yobit можно их поменять. (так как мной не было введено сообщение при переводе). Предположим yobit никогда не вернет мне мои монеты, и нет вообще никакого выхода? Можно хоть что нибудь еще сделать? Что значит совершить обмен монет?
