So if you have sent to exchange / multiwallet you must include message code. If you don’t do this you must contact with coinpayments, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

They was not processed automatically because Bittrex doesn’t support v1 type tx sent over v2 protocol.
I have sent to spectrocoin.com this information and they will consider change type of sending transaction.
What you can do now is only contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

I started poking them through twitter as well, but no reply yet.

This is Changelly address. Look for transaction hash in litebit. You must contact with changelly support, provide transaction hash and ask for refund.
