Yes Bittrex support return xem is such a situation or will manually credit your account. Waiting may be long. It can be around month.

I sent XEM from my NEM wallet to HitBTC on Jan 7, 2018 but I still don’t see it in the exchange. Are you able t trace it? I double checked the destination address (NBX3QK-ZJV2UP-O3NJ5U-LTFW2V-5EE4N2-I5N2RE-X7PO) and message (642461828495) before I sent it.
I have also submitted a request to HitBTC to check and they are asking me for a transaction hash. What should I give them? I have provided the addresses and message instead.

I still did not receive my nem withdrawal from Hitbtc exchange until now. however, they stating in their website in (system health) that there are no pending withdrawals in their system. Could you please help me to solve this issue and receive my nem.

HitBTC should answer why. For sure money doesn’t leave they wallet.
Thank you so much… I have contacted them earlier this week and they have solved the problem today. My nem coins are back to the account.
Strange why nobody fix these problems - evrybody lost Xem evryday - i suposed all schould be easy to transfer the coins - it is no matter of seconds here but if we lucky weeks. Feel no happy with this situation
If example send my XEM coins to Bittrex and the hash and transaction is all ok - i wondering where are the coins then now at this moment , example why it is no returned to sender if no deliverd. That is something intresting to know.

As I wrote above this is exchange problem. Sending from one exchange to another is always bad idea IMO. XEM transaction fees are low. If you would send first to nanowallet and next to bittrex there will be no problem. If you are sending from one exchange to another if someone goes wrong is always hard to proof that you are the owner of this money because exchanges uses one account for all users.
