Transaction hash you provide doesn’t exists in blockchain explorer explorer.ournem.com. Could you verify if it’s correct?
Sending from one exchange to another is never good idea. Zaif uses multisig and almost noone exchange that I know can procrss multisig transaction automatically.
So it’s better to contact them again. I have a question, is it necessarily to write a massage when I do the withdrawal?

Because it’s multisig transaction it was not processed automatically by Yobit.
So only thing you can do now is contact with Yobit support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account. This will be hard because Yobit exchange has very bad opinion right now.

Message is not required when you sending to nanowallet. If withdraw fee is not big you can try first small amount.

Now your XEMs are on NBRT3YQTVHLTYBDUXH2HHURI5KCYDWRWJ63YWIGG account. So this is Yobit wallet and only they can return your tokens. You must contact with they support.
Also I want warn you that you should not contact via facebook funpage because there exists scam funpage probably. One of members was cheated by them. Use only official support and social media only to sending your support ticket number.

El presente es para reportar que envié 1688 XEM (NEM) desde la plataforma HITBTC el día 12 de Diciembre de 2017 a la wallet de YOBIT, al día de hoy 13 de enero de 2018 aun no llegan, y lo que mas me preocupa es que ni siguiera aparecen en PENDING DEPOSITS de YOBIT. Soy una persona de bajos recursos por lo que para mi ese monto representa mucho dinero, espero me puedan ayudar a recuperar mi inversión.

Por lo que sé, Yobit está registrado en Rusia, así que tal vez la policía de Rusia sería el mejor lugar para informar esto, pero no estoy seguro de si esto funciona y si puede informar esto de forma remota.
Tal vez intente también spam con la cuenta de Twitter de Yobit con su número de ticket …

As far as I know Yobit is registered in Russia so maybe russia police would be best place to report this but I’m not sure if this works and if you can report this remotely.
Maybe try also spam Yobit Twitter account with your ticket number …
