Hi, a week ago I tried to send XEM from SpectroCoin to Bittrex. The XEM were gone from Spectrocoin but never arrived at Bittrex. I included the ‘numbers’ below (Bittrex-address is typed okey).
When I look at chain.nem.ninja (transactionnummber: 7983604d25133a44e71a87c8ecabe6c216810751ad6bc9b3e10e8aae770d7790 it looks as if the XEM is added to the right chain-address (the one the Bittrex site tells me to send it to, see image)), but is an account I do not know and I do not see the XEM in my account….
I wrote this message to support of SpectroCoin and Bittrex, but they both do not answer (yet).

Anyone on how to recover my XEM?!

This is my first post and my first attempt at acquiring XEM. What I have done is this: I generated a wallet/publickey/privatekey through http://ripplepaperwallet.com/nem-xem-paperwallet
and then I transferred XEM from HitBTC to my wallet address NAJ2XVTSTWOKVF2H4SELYBDMZPOLQSH47QT37F4I

I can see the transaction in the app, with the right address and message,
but it’s not coming in to HitBTC.

I sent a deposit from my Nem wallet to Cryptopia and I haven’t received my funds in Cryptopia wallet. On my Nem wallet it said that it was sent. Please assist me in getting my coins.

but by now I did not receive any coins. In cryptopia there is status "complete"

Already couple people reported to me problem with Poloniex. They have probably sync issues. Please contact with they support.

What you can now do is contact with bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your bittrex account.

This is probably problem with hitbtc.
Could you verify withdraw history on hitbtc? Have you there transaction id? Status is completed?
