If you want do new transaction you must use option “New” in top right corner.

Probably I tell you this four times… This is explorer and you can search there for every account.
Please show me which account you have configured in nanowallet. Click “Account” in top navigation and verify your address. You will see it’s different.

behind Search i fill in my wallet-adress (NBFCFTIXX6HBGSEECJDA2EGUEKJ626V3XK222657)
then i see at the right after Balance: 400 XEM.
Thus they are present and now?

If it’s your address you should have private key / wlt file backup to restore access.
If you don’t have this you can’t access to your tokens.
If you have backup private key import it into nanowallet (nem.io/downloads). It should be showed address “NBFCFTIXX6HBGSEECJDA2EGUEKJ626V3XK222657” when you click “Account” in top navigation.
If it’s not it means private key/wlt file was not for this account.

Hi i requested a withdraw from cryptopia exchange to my new NEM wallet. and i copied the NEM address displayed under my account and pasted it as it is in the exchange withdrawal box, confirmed email withdrwal and got processes 24 hours ago and says completed, but it is not showing in my wallet and the transaction hash provided by the exchange is not found in NEM explorer, its a lot of money to loose 624 NEM.
is there anyway I can trace it? I contacted the exchange and a message there says it might take 12 days to reply to open tickets as they have a backlog to go through.
the only thing were i could of made a mistake is pasting the address as it is without removing the dashes, and i looked it now i think there is a colon at the end of the address which adds to my misery
