Are you sure your ticket was not closed automatically be them?
Bittrex support is slow as hell and it apply to all coins and tickets not only xem related. They have own queue and I don’t think that someone can speedup ticket.
Bittrex isn’t slow, the big exchanges get up 10000(!) tickets a DAY(!), because most people send the wrong way*… Just saying. And we are in the same queue without having done anything wrong. And, of course, NEM foundation could do something. For example tell Bittrex and other exchanges that the NEM currency is able to transact XEM in way that Bittrex and others do not accept. And I only used Spectrocoin, btw, because NEM foundation constantly mentions those guys on Twitter…
I have no clue why you try to make people believe it’s the exchanges. Really. It’s not making any sense. Spectrocoin offers sth. that doesn’t work, NEM foundation endorses these people…
*They are idiots, too, btw.
u know what this convinced me to sell all my NEM I have now. cos this is ridiculous, there’s no point for me to investing in a Company’s currency that don’t give a toss about their investors. I am not gonna wait till I try and send the remaining NEM I have them gets lost in their Black Hole of a Blockchain.
I have 624 XEM transaction that hasnt hist my wallet for 4 days now, still got chase Cryptopia for.
I am done with this currency

actually sent the first two transactions from Nem wallet to free wallet
while the last one I sent from cryptopia exchange to free wallet too.

I just sent 4Xem for test from Nano wallet to same Bittrex account where i have that issue with 580XEM sent from Spectrocoin to Bittrex 1month ago and everything is fine,i can see in pending on Bittrex…but nothing come back…only this 4 XEM …So maybe is something wrong with Spectrocoin and Bittrex??

I can’t answer for NEM foundation and them marketing. I can only tell you what I did in this situation:
- After couple reports from investors, I reported to spectrocoin.com issue that they withdraw didn’t arrive at Bittrex/Poloniex (message/address is correct).
- After couple days debugging spectrocoin.com developer found no answer so I started to do it myself (couple hours BTW) and I found a solution (more here XEM transfer from Spectrocoin to Bittrex missing). This solution was sent to spectrocoin.com, they thank me but still, it’s not implemented into they exchange.

Yes this is problem when you trying to withdraw from spectrocoin.com directly to Bittrex/Poloniex.

Hi i did not receive my deposit on my account in bittrex sended from spectrocoin. I double check wallet number and memo everything is right. I can see confirmed payment in blockchain . but amount is not in my bittrex wallet.

Bittrex don’t support transaction v2 and spectrocoin.com uses it.
