So Cryptopia didn’t sent it. You must contact with Cryptopia support and ask for explanation. Your coins didn’t leave your wallet.
Hello I have checked the transactions and they do not show up. I have sent before from Cryptopia and no problems. Checked address… the same… But these are just not arriving and has been 2 weeks now

Cryptopia has issues with sync they wallet from over month. You must contact with they support, provide this transaction hashes and information that they are not visible in blockexplorer.
They should return your coins to Cryptopia balance because your xem was not sent and didn’t leave Cryptopia wallet
Still no action from HitBTC and no replay. Note that they say they may take up to 48 hours to respond, but try to do it within 24 hours… That is obviously no longer the case.
They have not been able to submit my XEM withdrawal to the NEM/XEM ledger, the transaction hash they generated is not present in the ledger. So they still hold my coin – since January 17th…

I am trying to withdraw my XEM from HITBTC, but everytime when i am trying to confirm my withdrawal they are saying that the adress doesn’t look like a NEM adress?!

So for sure it’s not completed and xem are still on Cryptopia account. Please contact with they support.

Probably you must remove all dashes from your address. This should help solve validation problem.
Please be warned that many users complains about still pending withdraws from hitbtc so withdrawing may be risky now.

Hi I am having the same problem. I sent XEM from Cryptopia (and status is stated complete) but I have not received my XEM in my nano wallet. I cant even locate my transaction in the explorer.

If you can’t find transaction by hash in explorer.ournem.com it means Cryptopia didn’t sent transaction correctly. Please contact with they support. They should return it to your exchange balance.

Сообщение должно быть неважно при отправке на nanowallet. Это наверняка проблема криптопии с кошельком.

Message should be not important when sending to nanowallet. It’s for sure Cryptopia problem with wallet.
Today I have sent quite some XEM to my Cryptopia wallet, and even though it has been confirmed, the transaction did not appear in my wallet yet… This is the last time I have transfered to Cryptopia!
Is there anybody who knows what the problem is and how to solve this issue a.s.a.p.? Is this a XEM issue or solely an issue at Cryptopia?
I already did open a ticket at Cryptopia but they are not going to response soon, I believe…

This is probably problem with Cryptopia wallet which is not synchronized but for sure please paste here trasnaction id/hash.

Yes. It looks like it’s Cryptopia problem with deposit processing. They wallet again is not up-to-date:
Current block height is 1470938 so Cryptopia is 1405 blocks behind which is around 23.5 hours
