Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here! [MOVED]

I made a transfer of NEM to my nano Wallet yesterday. It is still not synchronised.
Anyone knows what to do?

From where have you sent? Have you transaction hash /id?

Sent from Litebit. Order id is LB1612826.
Other orders with Litebit yesterday are already processed.

My XEM deposit to Bittrex has finally been credited.
Transaction was sent to the right account and with the correct message.
After 38 days they responded that they have found the transaction but they could not send the XEMs because I did not have a deposit message present (this seems to be deleted after a while of no action).
Immediately I have generated a new message
After 44 days (6 days after last reply) they have finally credited my XEMs.

So for everyone waiting on a XEM deposit make sure you have a message present at your XEM deposit account.

If you can see it in your nanowallet try change node. Click green circle in top navigation and select another node from list (one from alice servers will be ok).

@CryptoBeliever! Thanks very much for your info and efforts. I have verified everything again, everything was correct, so I assume the transaction will be finished anyhow, even if it takes more than 23,5 hours, do you agree?!

And is it better to transfer XEM to f.e. Binance in de future or does this happen with XEM transactions regardless the exchange where you send the XEM to?!

I hope your deposit arrives ones Cryptopia wallet will synchronize. On your place I would also create support ticket.
On bittrex for example I don’t have such a problems with deposits or withdraw processing.

If you are sending to nanowallet message is not important and can be empty so this is not the case. Problems are on Cryptopia side.

Так что xem не оставил кошелек криптопии.
Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с ними. Это единственный способ. Они должны вернуть ваши жетоны обратно на баланс вашего аккаунта.

So xem didn’t leave Cryptopia wallet.
Please contact with they support. This the only way. They should return your tokens back to your account balance.

You can try spam Twitter account with your support ticket but as far as I know Cryptopia support answers in 2 weeks.

Thank you so much for your kind reply and advise. I just wish Cryptopia isn’t making this process such a pain. All I wanted was to enjoy using my nano wallet and they are giving me such a hard time doing so.
