Hello. On date 22-01-2018 i have submitted a withdraw process (Cryptopia) which is “complete”, but i haven’t receive anithing in my wallet.

I sent XEM from POLONIEX to wrong address. I сonfused line of message with line of address. Then I created a ticket for support. It has been over a month since I did it. But I have no answer from POLONIEX support. In addition, when I creat support ticket, I need to specify HASH or ID of transaction. But I have no this. I dont Know how can I get ID or HASH. Please, help me. Tell me, where can I get HASH or how can I return back my XEM?

Я не знаю, как реализовать Cryptopia, но я не думаю, что это должно быть проблемой. Но многие биржи не принимают эти тире, поэтому, чтобы быть уверенными, что всегда использую адреса без тире, когда я ухожу из биржи.


I don’t know Cryptopia implementation but I don’t think this should be problem. But many exchanges doesn’t accept this dashes so just to be sure I allways use addresses without dashes when I’m doing withdraw from exchange.

There is no hash because transaction was rejected by NEM network because of incorrect address. So tokens are still on Poloniex account. Please contact with they support. You can put “not applicable”/“don’t exists” or sth like this in transaction id.

It was not sent by cryptopia correctly.
Please contact with Cryptopia support and they should return your tokens to exchange account.

Так что xem не оставил кошелек криптопии. Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с ними и попросите объяснений. Они должны вернуть свои токены на ваш баланс обмена.

So xem didn’t leave Cryptopia wallet. Please contact with they support and ask for explanation. They should return your tokens to your exchange balance.

LOL I still have mine frozen but presuming it will take same time as for you i have to get my coins in approximately 7days :smiley: waiting for next week

Вы отправили от sepctrocoin. Известно, что транзакции, отправленные с сайта spectrocoin.com непосредственно на другие обмены (например, Bittrex / Poloniex), не будут обрабатываться автоматически. Подробнее об этом я написал здесь: XEM transfer from Spectrocoin to Bittrex missing
Теперь вы можете связаться с Bittrex support, предоставить хэш транзакций и попросить вручную зарегистрировать эту транзакцию на своей учетной записи Bittrex.

You have sent from sepctrocoin. This is known issue that transactions sent from spectrocoin.com directly to other exchagnges (like Bittrex/Poloniex) will be not processed automatically. More about this I wrote here: XEM transfer from Spectrocoin to Bittrex missing
What you can do now is contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your Bittrex account.

Because you didn’t include unique message code required by Bittrex to process transaction automatically you must contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account. Sending small transaction with correct message allow Bittrex confirm that this transaction belongs to you.
