Recent Poloniex correspondence is very slow.
I first created a ticket over this issue on 4th June. It wasnt resolved and I didnt get any response after more than a month (most probably because I didnt include the hash). Saul here then suggested I open another ticket on the same issue. I provided the message and the hash on the second ticket but unfortunately the ticket is still today in the same status - ‘BEING PROCESSED’.
You guys here are quick in responding my posts. How I wish Poloniex Support Center operates the same way - quick in responding.

I wonder if supporting an extended payment/invoice object that includes both the address and message would be useful? Like an encoded json object with all the info inside it, so that address and message aren’t separated. Then a wallet app could have an option to drop this invoice bundle into it, to populate the fields as necessary for confirmation.

Currently, I think that it is already Confirm from Pending state.
In general, NEM will complete remittance with one Confirm.
However, depending on exchanges, if there are not multiple Confirms done, there are places where it is not supposed to be deposited.
If 2/6 becomes 6/6, payment should be completed.
