Help me with my problem please. 26.02.2010 I sent 736 coins from AEx to Huobi to my wallet NAT4WYPMA2QP5G5QIVVA3A74PSZ54JZ3DD4AUZEZ without tag message, because there message was not required - TxID c47903733859178917d0fe6ca145ed4686986487577f1aa44c399fa4bf3be8f but coins did not come. then on forums I read that i must to do self transaction to confirm my wallet online - I did new transaction again without message tag - TxID 97a006087d622b298b0e13000ec22593c708d51551a054a1006eefbbdd400539
and then another one just in case with the message “12” - TxID b34fc0a85ef7f91756ce23b8f6b4c35090b6388ca50342556bd0fe106bc58795
but money still not come

@CryptoBeliever Thanks. From where do you get the 40 days info? What can explain
such problem. They are hoping I will stay quiet for such long period while
new people would accumulate, losing similarly control of their NEM (XEM).

I transferred some XEM back to my wallet from exchange using my wallet address as receiving address, they left the exchange but after 36 hours have not appeared in my nano wallet. Can anyone advise?

The same happened to me, too!

I transferred coins from Cryptopia to the NEM Nano Wallet on 26/02/2018 8:19:00 PM, they left Cryptopia, and now they seem to be gone …

The very first time when I transferred coins on 23/01/2018 it seemed to work …

Please advise.

Hello!

1-2 week ago I sent my Xem to Poloniex, and some days later I did another transaction to Huobi. I can see them in chain, but markets don’t show them on my accounts. Poloniex don’t answer, Huobi tell that there are some problems with XEM, but don’t say when it will be done. Could someone explain what is happening ? I’d like to use XEM, but I can’t understand where I can send my XEM and don’t worry about destination .

Yes. Cryptopia has problem with wallet (it’s not synced) and they didn’t transmit transactions to network. Only way is contact with they support.

@Sokrat Huobi is preparing solution that allow filtering stolen in coincheck hack XEM. They hold deposits.

Poloniex has issues with they wallet. You should contact with they support
