Ok so are Huobi just checking all the XEM DEPOSITS for the stolen ones then and then let the other ones through? Sounds like a good idea. Just hope the market shoots up once they have got it all back and my deposit finally appears in my Huobi wallet.!!
What is “the wrong message”? I never even send any message. If it has the correct wallet XEM address isn’t that all that matters?

I’m afraid you must contact with both transactions with Cryptopia support.

Unfortunately I don’t have exact informations what Huobi is doing.
Message is required for most exchanges to distinguish users because exchange use one XEM address for all customers.
Huobi is using individual addresses so they don’t need message.

У вас есть идентификатор транзакции? Я могу посмотреть на это, но я на 99% уверен, что это проблема на стороне криптопии.

Phew!! HUOBI got back to me within a few hours after I lodged my support request and said I could cancel the deposit which I did from the exchange I sent it from. (HitBTC) I just had to find it in the days transactions and it had a cancel button. HUOBI sent me to an announcement in Chinese (which Google translated for me) which said they were not accepting ANY XEM deposits until they find all the missing/Stolen XEM.
Did you work it out? I had mine fixed up today. There was a cancel button on HitBTC to get it back. See my message below.
So, the second transaction made it through, but the first transaction with the wrong message is in limbo. Will reach out to cryptopia and update accordingly. Thanks.

@Aleksandr_Kharchenko It means huobi need you to wait till the authorities give them instructions how to procced and what to do with stolen coins, and they’d very much want the users to ask NEM rather than Huobi about it.
