It seems like the best I can do for now is leave it on Crptopia as I don’t want to sell it while is below my limit and can’t withdraw it safely. Maybe the tech will get sorted before then. glad I did the test with the smallest amount!

Hi I have deposited XEM from huobi to Cryptopia. The withdrawal is marked as complete in huobi but it’s not showing up on Cryptopia

@sadika82 Cryptpia received your coins. They are on they wallet.
It’s just problem in showing this deposit in they exchange but only they can credit or return your coins.

@Aymen_Daly check if transaction is visible in block explorer (explorer.ournem.com) and if message is correct. If yes you must contact with Cryptopia support, provide transaction id and ask for exmplanation.

Hi, I recently attempted to send XEM from Bittrex with the correct address, but pasted WRONG message. Is there any way to recover?! Transaction id #0c430039c53e8fb3380393927e9edb58c7a7354114ba628c903d59d6fdd6dd47

I then followed up with another attempt to send additional XEM to the same address and included the correct message. The transaction appears to have gone through, but the coins were never received on the other end. Transaction id #f986431cbb8547727d7f276184c9d336eb9469c5af49873aca9c78fabaea87b4
