Отправил с hitbtc.com 175 XEM на cryptopia. прошло 2 дня. перевода нет.
возможно это связанно с некорректно указанным мною Message. Прошу уточнить когда дойдет перевод? В случае если перевод с неверным Message, невозможен, прошу сообщить возможен ли возврат средств на кошелек отправления?

Hi, same problem here with cryptopia. I have sent my XEM to nano wallet. On cryptopia it says that transaction is completed but still zero on my wallet balance. Also I have sent ticket to the cryptopia support. Any ideas? Cheers

No sorry I was talking about the Nano wallet. If I was to receive a small amount of Xem and then sent it back and getting a public key would that solve the problem?

По-моему там разная ситуация с хаоби и криптопией/ Я так же обезоружен -
это произвол/ написал в форклог, м-б они что-нибудь выяснят … Боюсь, что
если нам и вернут монеты то курс просядет прилично и мы потерпим убытки

Hello, I transfer xems from poloniex to cryptopia. I saw my transfer in deposit history in cryptopia but they don’t reflect this deposit to balance.

And In cryptopia, I can see my transfer in deposit history, when I ask them why don’t you load my balance, they answered
"After looking at your transaction on the block explorer I can see there is an issue. For this reason I have passed this issue on to be investigated further and resolved. Please keep this ticket open for further communication, we will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience."

I think they make fun of me, What is the problem with my transfer, It can be seen in blockchain.

Please help me.
