There is no issue with this transaction.
At least not in blockexplorer. Maybe in Cryptopia wallet which in my opinion is buggy.

Guys. Using Cryptopia for buying XEM is like playing in russian roulette. This is how it looks couple months.
If you like risk, adrenaline and contact with they support then no problem but if you don’t then don’t use this exchange to buy or sell xem before they fix this mess for real.

If I’ve readed this yesterday maybe I could avoid headaches.
I made a withdrawal from cryptopia, the panel says “complete”, but the transaction ID don’t appears on block explorer, it was 12 hours then.

@mustafa_ceviktekin you must wait for Poloniex will credit it. Maybe they have some delays. You can wait 2-3 days and next create support ticket if it will be not credited.

Hello. I saw a lot of messages which are connected with Cryptopia and the fake Txid.
I have the same situation. I withdrew 62 xem, the transaction is marked as ’ Completed ’ on Cryptopia, here is Txid: afe6fbd18bec645b6f96716abff2d10fb949446cd8bbf16c48bf36f00df2fbdc
And of course there is no such Txid on blockchain.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem with this f***ng exchange?

Hi

I tried to do my first transfer of NEM from Cryptopia on 4th March but it still has not arrived in my wallet. The Cryptopia’s transaction id is: 2c9dab46889f351287c28e7634f7b6b4ca0367d41015fe9630d12b221845d869 unfortunately when I try to search for it on a blockchain it doesn’t seem to be there. Have I done sth wrong? Could anyone help please? I raised a ticket with Cryptopia but they response time is 23 DAYS (wtf???) .

Any advise will be much appreciated!

Unfortunately Cryptopia is worst place to trade xem now. If transaction doesn’t exists only Cryptopia support can fix this. It means they didn’t send transaction correctly.
