Isn’t a fake TXid. When a TXid is broadcast to the network it can get lost or discarded by the node mempool. (very common issue with ethereum based coins - not sure with Nem) It isn’t caused by the exchange but it does have to be fixed by the exchange.

Hi, I withdrawal (transfer) my XEM from AEX exchange to Cryptopia exchange but it didn’t show up yet, now its been more than 24 hours, AEX confirmed the withdrawal and give me this link which shows my coins at NEM blockchain.

sent coins huobi.pro in poloniex.com 2018-02-16, so far there is no coin on the account, although the transaction is reflected in the network TxID: 798d3394808beed47d1553c2658d91726548cbf4cf742801ded6040aec80e2df

Already answered in other topic. Because OKEx sends v2 transaction Poloniex didn’t process it. Please contact with Poloniex support.

Transaction was not transmit to network correctly. Only way is that Cryptopia support will fix this manually.
