I’m afraid only solution for your problem is contact with Poloniex support.

No sorry I was talking about the Nano wallet. If I was to receive a small amount of Xem and then sent it back and getting a public key would that solve the problem?

Hi. Just an update about the transfer problem. NEM has been credited back into my poloniex wallet.

Now when I try to send them into my desktop nem wallet again, do I need to add a message in the message box that shows in the poloniex withdrawal? thanks

@sjxem if you are sending to nanowallet message is not important

Dear XEM technical assistant,
I just wanted to present you my issue with XEM transfer I did from Spectrocoin on March 14, 2018 which have not yet reached my Poloniex wallet as of today.
The wallet address and NEM message was double checked by Spectrocoin and were OK:

You didn’t include message code required by Freewallet to process transaction automatically.
What you must do is contact with freewallet support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction.

Spectrocoin is sending xem using v2 protocol which is not supported by Poloniex and couple other exchanges. I told spectrocoin.com couple months ago that they should change this but they didn’t.
Your only option now is contact with Poloniex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

Thanks for the prompt response,
Would that be possible to return those XEM back to my Spectrocoin
wallet?From there I can send them to my Binance wallet.
Today, I have sent some to Binance and it worked perfectly.
Please advise me if this is possible.

@Theos Unfortunately you must contact with Poloniex. Transaction is made.

просят скриншот для подтверждения.Спасибо.

@ssuper_K какой кошелек вы используете? Если история транзакций в нановолоконной форме находится на панели управления.
В качестве доказательства вы можете отправить небольшую транзакцию с правильным сообщением.


@ssuper_K what wallet are you using? If nanowallet transaction history is in dashboard.
As a proof you can send small transaction with correct message.

Your xem arrived to Poloniex and Cryptopia wallet. But because Spectrocoin.com sending transaction using v2 protocol transaction will be not processed automatically by Poloniex and Cryptopia.
Only way to have it back is contact with Poloniex and Cryptopia, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your exchange account.

Hi, having waited for more than two months, I have received the message from POLONIEX Tech Support stating that my issue has been resolved:
"Hello,

Thanks for your patience as we investigated the wallet in question.

We discovered an issue with the wallet, and we have since been able to resolve that issue. If you are still having trouble with this wallet or past transactions, please let us know and we will be happy to investigate further.

Best,
Poloniex Support".

However, I have not received any XEM at my account so far, and I am very concerned about being treated like this. I do ask you to assist me in that matter. Thank you.

Try answer for that your issue is not resolved, because you didn’t include message code and they need assign transaction manually

1,484.9 XEM were sent to POLONIEX Exchange deposit on 21.01.18, and Tech Support NEM has confirmed these transactions.

I didn’t specify a (NEM message a8572c6079074f2f ) when sending XEM from nanoWallet to the POLONIEX accaunt.
Please, perform the transaction manually.
I do ask you to take into account that the total amount of coins being on POLONIEX Exchange balance now, to which I have no access, is too big for me.
Thus, I would highly appreciate if you could provide me with any meaningful assistance in the above case.
