@Nemo check if your ticket it’s still open. If yes try comment in it. If doesn’t help try create the second one. I know that response times for Poloniex are frustrating…
I know that they eventually’ll answer and they should fix your issue (return coins to your Poloniex balance). Don’t call them thieves in support ticket - it doesn’t help :slight_smile:
If they don’t answer in next 1-1.5 months please let me know. I will try contact with them on my own.

I have sent the XEM without Message when I send it to Cryptopia.
That’s why my XEM coin is not transferred to the Cryptopia wallet.

I have sent from the upbit exchange wallet to cryptopia exchange wallet.

@dydfo44 you must contact with Cryptopia support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction. Coins are already on they wallet so only they can do it.
