Hi People,
I too have a deposit to exchange issue. I sent 1500 which never arrived. My wallet also does not show the transfer though the balance is reduced, specifically 4210-1200-1500=9.7NEM? So wallet shows that the 1500 has gone (including the .1tx fee). Address in question NCD642-2JSNPZ-YRB2JI-6BHZ7X-S6L2PH-XUB4BF-NWAJ. Any help appreciated.

@chilo Indeed looks strange but it’s how this wallet works. You’ve sent 1500 XEM to Bittrex address twice. When you click 1500 xem tx you can see is sent twice. It’s because client is grouping by recipient recipient.

You’ve provided incorrect message type. Instead hexadecimal you should choose unencrypted. That’s why Cryptopia didn’t credit your transaction correctly.
Please provide them correct transaction hash, tell that message was incorrect and ask for manually credit this transaction to your Cryptopia account.

I submitted a transfer from Binance to my newly created nano wallet (2.3.2). Binance shows completed along with TX however my XEM have not arrived to my wallet. When transfering the coins i simply used my address and no message. please help - let me know what info you would need (TX/address/etc.)
- Did you try change node? Click circle in top right corner and select another node from list.

coins were sent to NC64UFOWRO6AVMWFV2BFX2NT6W2GURK2EOX6FFMZ which is Binance deposit address. Looks like you putted wrong address or it’s problem on Binance side.
Please contact with Binance support to explain this.
I emailed Binance support, they refunded the account and i tried the transfer/withdrawal again. both times i put my nanowallet address however both times it was sent to the NC64UF… address. Binance says I put the wrong address but i didn’t. I have screen shots of both transfers and the address is correct when i submitted however when the confirmation email arrives, it is changed to the NC64U… address. Definitely a binance issue since i just sent XEM from bittrex to nano wallet and it went through without an issue.
