I sent with a purse NEM that is on my computer.to another Virrex wallet/. Confirmed the sending of the transaction. here is a screen :

@Spartak_Kolikidi you should contact with Virrex support. But as I can see this exchange don’t look like legit one. Try contact with support and verify if message and address are correct.

Just an update on my posts, far back in this thread, about not receiving a XEM - withdrawal from Poloniex, status “complete” , but with an ID/Hash which does not exist on the blockchain.
Transaction was never made by them, but the XEM deducted from my account (worth 25000 USD at the time, 5 months ago) !
I´m glad to be able to tell you now, that after numerous support tickets, and 5 agonizing months, they reimbursed me my XEM. Hurray !
The one thing that finally helped, was to open completely new support-ticket, even though they say we shouldn´t do that for the same issue, but the old ones seem to have become forgotten.
Anyways, persistence pays . . .
Only thing is, my XEMs are now not worth 25000 USD anymore . . .
But “patience” is my new middle-name now, thanks to Polo

Unfortunately i forgot to type secret message when i was trying to send NEM from Poloniex to another address Binance. Transaction is completed, but I didn’t still get NEM.
PLEASE HELP ME, if it possible please i want to get back NEM to poloniex or correct transaction.
@Erlan_Makhazhan what you need to is contact with Binance support and ask for manually credit this transaction.

When you send to an exchange you have to include a message.

@Tulegen you didn’t included message code as is clear presented in Binance deposit instruction. Please contact with Binance support and provide transaction hash. They should credit this transaction manually.

Cryptopia deposit instructions clear states that you should include unique message code.
