Problem is that you didn’t add message/tag to transaction. Please contact with support tell them you forgot add message, give them transaction id and they will credit this transaction manually.
In NEM network transaction is done.

Cryptopia use one address for all users that’s why message/tag is necessary if you deposit coins.

I have transferred NEM (XEM) to brokerage house, and to date the coins have not been deposited. I already followed the protocol indicated in NANOWALLET, but the broker does not solve my problem, let alone the staff of the NEM team. It’s an absurd! This criptomoeda is an illusion. On all the purchases I made, it took time, and now that I’m trying to send, I can not either. I never buy NEM again (XEM). Someone, please solve my problem.

So you didn’t follow instructions on Binance deposit page. It tells you to include message code:

You should include unique message (as is described precisely in deposit page).
What you can do now is contact with Binance support, provide transaction hashes and tell them that you included incorrect message. They should credit transactions manually.

Hello. It was not clear that the message was about this numeric code. In Portuguese, we understand message as a text. I already got in touch. Now I’m waiting for them to sort it out. Kind regards.

я отправил xem с NemWallet на биржу bittrex, но они не поступил на баланс до сих пор, уже прошло неделя, а биржа не говорит ничего конкретного, я отправлял номер блока и хэш, и скрыншоты с NemWallet.
Ну как так может быть ,чтоб они так и не дошли ,когда у xem такая технология на блокчейне.
в блокчейне xem могу посмотреть инфо о транзакции оно есть по хэчу.

@igor please contact with Binance support provide them transaction hash and information that you forgot to add message.
They should credit manually but probably some verification will be needed because you send directly from other exchange.

I transferred from Binance to my wallet without message. What do I need to do to get my funds ?

@bugsshadow2 with Bittrex because coins are now on they account. Because you didn’t include your unique message code they were unable to match this transaction with your account.
That’s why you need contact with Bittrex.

Please contact with Livecoin support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account.

Exchanges like Bittrex, Poloniex, Binance make no problems in such situations. We have many cases when Livecoin refuses to credit transaction in past when user forgot to add message. Please let me know what will be they support answer (positive or negative).
